Communication Leads To Quality

Here at Werner Donaldson, a premier Tampa Mover, we believe communication is the key to achieving quality. When you make the decision to reward us your move you will be contacted by your personal Move Coordinator who will introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have. This individual will also verbally confirm details of your move. Your Move Coordinator then goes a step further and prepares a personalized move packet which contains a confirmation letter, a terminology sheet with unique moving industry terms you might hear throughout the effort, and a helpful hints sheet. We then ask that you return the information before your first date of service. We believe this additional step helps cement the expectations of both parties before the move date.
After we receive the confirmation packet, our Operations Team joins in the communication responsibilities. They will contact you with the dates and times that your packers, if applicable and loading crews will be arriving. The Ops Team continues the communication process by monitoring your job from start to finish. Our Ops Team checks in with the crew, and you, throughout the day, to not just ensure everything is on schedule, but to confirm that you are satisfied with the level of quality & professionalism that your crew is displaying. If problems do arise, our Operations Manager or Local Dispatcher will be on-site to resolve them and ensure your job stays on track.
